| I read where someone said that maybe they didn't appreciate this CD because they weren't 'sick'. I don't think that's what these CD's are for. I have many of them, and I love them so much, had no idea that he could do better than he already has done with the others. This 'Healing Mind System' is fantastic, and most definately my favorite of all that I've bought so far. Now I have to go get the Healing Mind II. I love all the different music sounds, (not good at being able to name them), I just know that it relaxes me and it's just beautiful, different than the others that I have of his, by sounding a bit more musical, but in the best way possible. I don't know if they have much in the way of samples, but I wish everyone could hear how good this CD is. Once again, I thank you Dr. Jeffrey Thompson for helping me to relax so well. |

This music has a physical healing power: I listened to it when I had a severe back and shoulder pain, and the pain did reduce considerably! I also noticed that - surprisingly - my liver function improves and my skin becomes better each time after listening to the CD, not to mention the relaxing and calming power of the music. I like the CD a lot, and bought several copies for my Mom and other relatives. My Mom prefers Healing Mind System 2.0 which is easier on her.
I also have other CDs by Dr Thompson (alpha relaxation is all time favorite of mine and my colleagues). |

| I practice meditation, and this CD allows me to go into a very deep level of relaxation, where I forget time and place. I believe I am able to get into such a state where healing takes place and the sounds are very relaxing and pleasing for me. |

Theta Meditation System: Let Go of Stress, Renew Your Spirit, Gain Insight, and Intuition
I recommend this product if you want to start meditating but don't know where to begin or just want to unwind after a stressful day. I use the cd every evening before sleeping and have noticed a huge improvement ini the quality of my sleep. I can go to sleep more readily and I have less trouble staying asleep. And added benefit for me has been increased weight loss. I'm not sure if this is a result of being less stressed or sleeping better at night. I would recomend these cd's to anyone who is dealing with stress, especially if stress is negatively impacting your life. I would also recommend these cd's if you are having difficulties with sleep. Personally I do not like to take medications and I find using these cds more helpful with my sleep problems than any medications I've tried and on the positive side they also have no harmful side effects. |
